Our inventory of theme props is extensive and unique. Whether it is a Tropical Luau, Western Hoe Down or a Wild Mardi Gras party, we have the props to make your event a truly memorable occasion. In addition, we can custom create props, centerpieces, sign boards, welcome posters, invitations, favors and other items to really pull your theme together in all aspects of your event. Event Design

Parties are fun by definition so don't let the stress of planning one take away your fun. We have years of experience planning hundreds of events. We will ask all the right questions and get the answers to help you plan a flawless event. We can give you recommendations on space requirements, seating arrangements, buffet design, multi media incorporation, interactive activities and more. When necessary, we will be happy to visit you on-site, take measurements and discuss logistics like lighting, space restrictions and electrical supply. Planning and designing events can be stressful. It is our job to help design an event that you can enjoy.

Buffet Decor

Straight long buffets with institutional looking chafing dishes all lined up in a nice row may be fine for some events. Don't you think your event deserves something special? Often times the food is centered around a particular theme and we can join that with a spiced up exciting buffet that will be the talk of the town. We have a large selection of table sizes that can be used to maximize efficiency and space.

Event Consultation

Our staff has lots of ideas and lots of experience. We're involved in celebrations of all sizes, for all reasons, throughout the community all year round. We have two fully staffed showrooms dedicated to helping you with your next event. We offer a client conference room for private meetings and often invite other event vendors to join us so that we can share ideas and critical information. Stop by and see us soon!

Computer-aided Drafting

Best Event Rental has a number of trained employees who can design your event with the assistance of our computer drafting program. This visual layout can be tweaked and adjusted to fit any clients vision. In addition, this is an invaluable aid for everyone involved in the execution of an event and serves as the blueprint for the occasion. CAD layouts can be prepared for a client upon receipt of a deposit paid on a confirmed contract.
