- 3' drape ring sits on top of an adjustable (7' - 12') upright. Price includes two LED battery operated uplights that can be programmed to almost any color. Use with or without the "bling band" in the center of the column. Soft white voile drape included. Price includes installation within a 10 mile radius of our State College warehouse (during normal business hours.)
