- If your organization is tax exempt, a PA Sales & Use Tax Exemption Certificate must be on file with Best Event Rental in order to have the 6% sales tax removed from your contracts.

- Best Event Rental is proud to support many charitable and community events. In order for your organization to be considered for a discount or donation, this form needs to be filled out and submitted at least two weeks prior to your event.
